Design Process
Some clients start with just an idea or a pencil sketch, and some have an existing sample. No matter where we start, your results are guaranteed. We help you refine the concept and suggest materials and construction details to be sure your custom bag is a success. Work with our experienced team to get the best results.
Print methods include traditional fabric printing, full-color digital printing, sublimation, transfer, silkscreen and foil printing.
Details
Design details can include embroidery, quilting, dyeing, embossing and custom molded hardware. Right down to the labels, linings and zippers we offer full customization when making custom bags.
Colors
Many custom bag projects start with a request for a custom color material. We have a range of existing colors, and if we do not have a match, we can custom make your color. So, there are no limits to your creativity when you are creating custom color bags. We work with Pantone® as a matching system for our custom fabrics.
Packaging
As a private label manufacturer, we provide complete packaging services including custom logo and care labels, hang tags and individual packing as needed.
Materials
The fabrics and materials we use include cotton canvas, nylon, mesh, polyester, felt, paper, Poly Pro, PVC, Tyvek®, leather, cork and faux leather.
