Timing

• Stocked Mugs:Timing for our stocked mugs is 10 days after approval. We create virtual proofs of your design to be sure it will fit on your chosen mug prior to production. You can even request an approval sample of your mug prior to bulk production.
• Custom Molded Mugs: If we are custom molding your mugs, production timing is approximately 90 days overall including sampling, production and shipping via ocean.

High Fire Options

All of our mugs are residential dishwasher safe, but if your mugs need to be restaurant grade ware, to withstand commercial washing, we can help. We decorate on vitrified mugs in the USA for the most durable results in commercial conditions. Call us to discuss these options.
