Printing
Artwork can be from paintings, photographs, graphic files and hand-made illustrations. With our state of the art digital printing, we can literally print almost any imagery you can imagine. Digital printing allows us to capture the finest detail and range of tones on our scarves no matter the original artwork. Design
Designing a scarf can be tricky, so if you need design support for your scarf project, call us. The experts at Gouda have years of experience creating beautiful designs for scarves. Artwork
Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files are preferred but we can also print from Canva. If your artwork is created in Photoshop, the files should to be saved in high resolution, so the final print quality is crisp. When files are low resolution, the printed results can be blurry, so we recommend 200 dpi or higher for clean results in printing. We will review and confirm your artwork is clear enough to print well and create the best quality scarves before sampling.
Color Matching
If your designs have solid colors we recommend specifying colors with the Pantone® matching system. On press, our team uses the same colors targets to match your colors, so it is the best way to communicate about color. Follow this link to see more about using Pantone® colors: Pantone Connect
If you do not have Pantone colors, it is no problem, we can match to the colors in your file. If you already have a match print, even better. We can use that on press to match the colors of your scarf.
Minimums
For silk scarves the minimum order quantities start at 100 units, other fabrics will vary. If you are ordering 200 scarves, we can split your order into four designs of 50 units each. Many clients choose this option so they can have an assortment of designs.

Timing
Custom scarves take approximately 4 weeks to produce, but if you need faster solutions, see if our domestic scarves can work for your project. These scarves are already sewn up which allows for faster timing. Perfect when your are in a hurry for delivery but still want a unique scarf with your design.
