Digital Cotton Scarves
We have been manufacturing digital cotton scarves for over twenty years and our digital printing has evolved to be an important part of our manufacturing process. Digital printing allows us to print almost limitless gradations of color even including near photographic effects. When artwork is complex, digital printing is the best choice for your scarves.
Types of Artwork
Digital printing is ideal when printing from an original like a watercolor or an illustration that has many gradations of subtle color. We recommend high-resolution files for the best results. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is preferred. If you have something else, let us know. We can help you finalize your art as needed.
Production
We should allow 4 weeks for production after sample approval. Sample timing is approximately 2 weeks.
Color Quality
We use Pantone® as a guide when working with solid colors, so if you are able to specify Pantone colors, that is helpful but not required. Sometimes a match print is the best choice for capturing the final color. See more about Pantone® colors on their link here: Pantone®
