Each umbrella template has markings to indicate sew lines and bleed, so when creating your layout you can visualize exactly what part of your design will show and allow enough bleed for the design to sew into the seams. Umbrellas are made up of 8 panels, so each edge will have some sew tolerance.
All Over Print
We print our umbrella panels before making up the umbrella, so that allows you complete design freedom across all panels. If you want a logo or image to cross the panels, you can set that up with our templates to see how that will work on the final umbrella. You can even create a double layer design with print on the interior and/or exterior layer of the umbrella. From a printing standpoint, we print full color and can print paintings, photographs and graphics so there are no limits.

Types of Printing
If we are printing in full color for your umbrellas, like a photograph or a full color image we will start with white fabric. We print CMYK on that white fabric so you can achieve full color effects. If you want a graphic print on a solid color fabric, we start with a solid color fabric and silkscreen on top of that color. All will depend on your design idea.
