What Size Trays Do you Offer?
We have a range of tray sizes we produce with existing molds. We start the process by checking to see if we have an existing mold that will work for your project. If none of our existing mold sizes will work for your project we can create a custom mold just for you. Custom melamine trays are molded to order and decorated during the molding process. These types of trays are not stocked as blanks for decoration. If you have a specialty size or shape, call us to discuss.
Logos
When molding our trays, we offer the option to include a molded logo into center the back of the tray to offer truly custom branding.
Care of Melamine Trays
Melamine trays are very durable and colorfast for years of use. We recommend washing by hand with soap and warm water for the longest life.
Packing
Typically, we bulk pack our trays with protective packing to avoid any damage of the product in transit. The size of the boxes will depend on the tray sizes we are producing. We will provide the box sizes on your quote when we start the process so you have a complete picture of how the product will arrive when delivered. If you have special packing requirements, let us know.
Custom Packaging
If your project calls for custom boxing, let us know. We create custom printed boxes for our products as needed.
Shipping
We include the cost to ship our custom melamine via ocean to the final destination so there are no surprises. If you need expedited shipping, we can ship via air at an additional cost. Melamine is heavy so the cost to ship via air can be expensive, so always best to plan ahead to allow for the most economical way to ship. Let us know your delivery requirements at the start of the process, so we can plan those details in for you.
