Design
The design process for your pin begins with a concept. After finalizing the concept, we create a virtual proof showing the design and backing attachment. If you need design assistance, we’re here to help. We’ve been crafting excellent pins for our clients for years. If all you have is sketch, no problem. We can take it from there.
Finishes
Our molded pins can include enamel decoration areas, recessed, or cut-out details, high polish or brushed finishes.
Gold tone and silver tone are most common but we can also create an antique metal that has a darker almost black finish which can add drama to the pin design.
We offer traditional pin backs and magnetic backs for our pins. For delicate fabrics, consider using a magnetic back. We can provide both options to help you decide.
Packaging
If your project needs special packaging, we can work with you to create just the right presentation.
Timing for Custom Pins
Standard timing for our custom pins is 30 days production after sample approval.
Artwork
If you are submitting complete designs, we prefer to work with Adobe Illustrator files for the cleanest result, but feel free to call us if you need assistance with your artwork preparation.
