Whether you have a designer or not, we can help you create a great tote design. From the design phase through sampling and down to delivery, we manage every step of the process for you. Materials

If we are creating custom totes for you, we offer a wide range of stocked color materials. Choose from leather, felt, vinyl, Tyvek®, cork, mesh, nylon, performance poly and cotton canvas. Our canvas comes in seven different weights and we stock a wide range of colors in our most popular canvas. If you have a special color and we need to dye your fabric, we can even offer that option. We will match your design goals to the right materials to stay on budget.

Custom Details

Once fabrics are selected, we offer a range of customized details including trims, and handles. Our handle choices include self-materials, natural and synthetic webbing and even leather if you want to upgrade your totes.

We can finish with choices of zippers, linings and interior pockets or dividers on your tote to add function to your bag design. There are no limits to how we can customize your totes when we are making them to order. If you have an idea, we have a solution.

Print Methods

If your design includes many nuanced and complex colors we recommend digital printing. We literally off museum quality printing on canvas when you have complex artwork.  For simpler printing, silkscreen is always a good choice. Inks for silkscreen include custom matched colors, metallics and even foil printing.

We offer all over printing on all of our truly custom totes, so there are no image area limits. When custom, we print the fabric before sewing up the bag so your design can completely cover the surface of the finished tote if you like – right into the seams

What about Rush Stock Totes?

When you need the fastest delivery, we keep a range of styles in stock in the US for silkscreen printing.  With our stocked tote bags we print and ship in ten days. Stocked styles are great choices for promotions or event bags and come in a variety of colors, sizes and qualities. With stocked totes, we print using silkscreen, or transfer printing in designated areas of the bags, because the bags are already sewn up.
