Dyeing Custom Color Fabrics

The first step in the process is to select a Pantone® color so that we can mix just the right dye for your fabric. Before we dye all of your fabric, we make a small test to be sure the color matches your goal. You will receive a swatch of your custom color to confirm the dye test is correct. Once the swatch is approved, our quality control team ensures that all of your custom color fabric will match during the bulk dyeing process.

Printing Custom Color Fabrics

With digital printing and all over coverage in many cases we recommend digital printing your custom color.  So, instead of dyeing the fabric, we print all over in your custom color. Printing is very accurate and it allows us to make smaller QTYS than if we are dyeing the fabric, so this may be the best way to go for your project. Printing your custom color is also faster than if we need to create custom dyed fabric.

Color Matching

Stocked Color Fabrics

We have a range of fabrics in stock to make up umbrellas as well, so once we know your desired color, we will check if any of our stocked fabrics are a good match.
