Custom Bandanas

Looking for a manufacturing partner to create great quality custom bandanas? Over the years, we have perfected our fabrics and print techniques to offer a range of solutions depending on your design and timing.

Rotary Printing

Traditional printing of bandanas is done using a rotary press that floods the fabric with solid saturated colors. This print technique is best for solid color designs like you see in classic bandanas. Fields of solid colors and simpler print designs. We start with white cotton and we print all of the color you see in the bandana. Once the printing is finished we cut and sew these bandanas with a traditional edge, so your bandanas will feel like classic bandana.

This is our least expensive bandana style, so perfect for a promotion when you are on a budget.

Digital Printing – Imported

If your bandana has multiple colors or lots of detail and tone, we recommend digital printing. Digital printing is ideal if you have multi color illustrations or photos because with digital printing the fabric is printed in full-color using CMKK printing. This method of printing also allows for great color penetration through to the back of the bandana. We use the best machines in the industry and the color fidelity is excellent on these imported option.

Production timing for imported digital cotton bandanas is about 4 weeks production plus shipping.

Digital Printing – Made in the USA

We also offer digital printing in the US, if you have a full-color design you need delivered in a rush. Typical timing is 10-12 days for production on this type of bandana. The fabric used for our USA made digital bandanas is thicker than the imported digital bandanas, so the color does not penetrate through to the back like it does on our thinner imports. The print quality is great and for many applications this is a quality solution that delivers quickly.

Custom Labels

Color

With each type of printing we offer color matching using Pantone® as our guide. If you have sensitive colors in your design, we can also use a match print as our guide on press to get the best color quality.

Sampling

With our digital printing, we are able to create approval samples prior to bulk production.

Fabrics

Generally we print bandanas in cotton, but of course you can print on any of our fabrics including silk and rayon.

Bandana Sizing

With our fully custom imported digital bandanas, we can create any size you need – because they are made to order. So if your project has a specific size, let us know and we will quote it for you.

Minimums

Minimum order QTY for custom digital bandanas start at 200 units. If you are looking for our classic rotary bandanas the minimums for rotary start at 3,000 units.
