Custom Cork Backed Coasters

If you are looking for a great quality set of corked backed coasters, call us to request samples. We print in full-color, and then we laminate the printed paper for durability and then back the coaster with natural cork. You can assort the images in your set or have all the same design. It’s up to you.

Packaging Options

We package coaster in sets of four or sets of six depending on your needs. Our most popular packaging is a clear acetate sleeve so the coasters can be seen through the package. We can also package in cardboard if preferred and we can even ship loose if you wish for open stock selling.

What Are These Coasters Made Of?

Materials for the coasters are a medium density fiber board, straight edge, PP coating, with a glossy or satin finish. Thickness of the coaster is 4.8mm thick

How Are These Printed?

We start by printing the images for coasters are printed in full color (4 Color Process). This method of printing makes it possible to capture museum quality full-color reproductions. Once printed, we laminate with a gloss or satin finish coatings and then laminate natural cork to the back.

Can I Have Custom Shaped Coasters?

We make both square and round coasters, and we can adjust to a specific size if you have any unusual requirements.

Are These Durable?

Yes, our corked backed coasters are colorfast and durable for years of use. The laminated surface should be wiped clean for the longest life. We do not recommend washing coasters.
