Our latest print techniques reproduce both subtle color images as well as bright solid colors on 100% cotton Full Color Beach Towels.

After weaving white cotton loops on both sides, one side is sheered smooth to create the plush side of the towel so we can print in full color on the plush side of the towel.  The back side of this type of towel remains white loops after printing.

Our standard sizes start at 30×60″ and are printed edge to edge with your artwork using fiber reactive inks resulting in saturated color with a soft hand feel. No crunchy or thick inks to feel on the towel, just soft colorfast results for years of use.

The only other way to get full color printing on beach towels is to print with sublimation. We offer sublimated towels printed in the US but they are not 100% cotton. So if you are looking for full color on 100% cotton, give us a call to get started.
