If you are looking for a great quality set of corked backed coasters, call us to request samples. We print in full-color, and then we laminate the printed paper for durability and then back the coaster with natural cork. You can assort the images in your set or have all the same design. It’s up to you.
Packaging Options
We package our coasters in sets of four or sets of six. Clear acetate sleeves are the most popular so the coasters can be seen through the package. We also package in cardboard if preferred and we can even ship loose with bo packaging – – for open stock selling.
What Are These Coasters Made Of?
Cork backed coasters are made in a medium density fiber board and coated in gloss or satin finish on the printed side and cork on the back side to prevent the coaster from slipping on any surface. These materials also protect any surface from hot or cold beverages. Thickness of the coaster is 4.8mm thick.
How Are These Printed?
The images for our coasters are printed in full color (4 Color Process). This method of printing makes it possible to capture museum quality full-color reproductions. Once printed, we laminate the print to the fiber board for a durable coaster.
Can I Have Custom Shaped Coasters?
We make both square and round coasters, and we can adjust to a specific size if you have any unusual requirements.
Are These Durable?
Yes, our corked backed coasters are colorfast and durable for years of use. The laminated surface should be wiped clean for the longest life. We do not recommend washing coasters.
